“A friend and I very spontaneously walked into West Bay Realty (late on a Saturday afternoon, I might add) looking for a community for HER. We were greeted first by an extremely friendly receptionist followed shortly thereafter by Greg Backus. "My husband, Ron and I highly recommend the real estate team of Greg Backus and Steve Horn for any prospective West Bay buyer. While we were staying in Estero in the spring of 2016, we called West Bay Realty and were introduced to Greg Backus and Steve Horn. Since my husband is retiring soon, we were specifically looking for a condo complex that would allow us to have our dog. In the prior months, I had looked extensively for properties online. As a result, I had a good idea of what I was looking for. For the two of us, the view was very important. We knew we wanted a high-rise tower. We did not want a single-family home. Virtually none of the towers in the greater Naples-Fort Myers area would allow a dog who weighed nearly 60 pounds, except West Bay Club. Greg was kind enough on short notice to give us a complete tour of West Bay Club and to show us the condominiums that were for sale in the Jasmine Bay Towers. He was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable about West Bay Club. Although we were not intending to purchase a condo on this visit to Florida, we were fortunate to find the perfect property. With Greg and Steve, the process was seamless. Since we live in the upper Midwest, the inspection and all the paperwork was completed long distance. Greg represented us in our absence and Steve was kind enough to meet us on a Sunday night in November when we arrived for the first time. The two of them were so thoughtful that they even had food in the refrigerator. We consider them friends.
